These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RayFlow platform and website located at rayflow.in. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

RayFlow provides a Customer Journey Automation Platform for WhatsApp. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Meta's official WhatsApp Business Commerce and Messaging Policies.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for obtaining opt-in consent from your users before sending them automated WhatsApp messages.
  • You agree not to use RayFlow to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or restricted content.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

RayFlow is a subscription-based SaaS. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan. Token usage for AI generation and Meta's per-conversation pricing will be deducted from your platform wallet.

4. Limitation of Liability

RayFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including account bans issued by Meta due to policy violations.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or Meta's messaging policies.
