  • WhatsApp Data: WhatsApp phone numbers, profile names, and message content sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business Account.
  • Knowledge Base Data: Documents, FAQs, and text you upload to train your AI agents.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the RayFlow messaging infrastructure.
  • To generate automated AI responses using third-party Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI) based strictly on your uploaded Knowledge Base.
  • To provide analytics and chat history within your dashboard.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data. We share information only with essential third-party service providers required to operate the platform:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: To send and receive WhatsApp messages via the official Cloud API.
  • AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI): Message context and knowledge base chunks are sent securely to generate AI responses. Data sent to these APIs is NOT used to train their public models.
  • Cloud Hosting: We securely store data on AWS/Neon DB infrastructure.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your database is isolated, ensuring that one tenant cannot access another tenant's messages, contacts, or knowledge base.
